HUGE problem.

Whats up fellas?

I have a huge problem and need some advice on what I should do.

I sent in my Eagle gloves to get re-palmed 12/27/07 to FIXITBYMAIL.COM and

1)I haven't recieved them yet

2) my card hasn't been charged yet.

3)Every time i call their phone number it's in French and No one picks up.

if you were in my shoes what would you do?

It's only been nine days, including what was for many a long holiday weekend. Give it some time.

I just got my gloves back from them after about 3 1/2 weeks. They were closed the last 2 weeks due to the hollidays. Give them a little more time and you should get your gloves back.
