Hyper Zero G Wheels

Recommended Posts

So I'm looking at different wheels at the online shops, looking to maybe try something new, maybe something on sale ... then I come across THESE for $20 PER WHEEL!

Misprint?

Anyone skated on these and have a review?

I bet they grip well on gold plated sport court <_<

Not a misprint, they actually are $20 a wheel. I've used them on my Mission He10000 (came stock with them). The grip wasn't particularly great, but the weight was crazy light. Also, they were pretty durable as well. It took like my fourth season on these before I cracked one.

EDIT: A few more threads on these wheels

I've been using these wheels for about three months now, and they're finally beginning to split/chunk. The grip isn't something that I'd rave about, but the overall weight reduction on your skate- over plastic hubbed wheels- is incredible. Just for what its worth, even if the wheels were $10 a piece, I wouldn't buy them again. I'm probably going to go back to using Redstar wheels.

I used these wheels for about 8 months. They were just recently replaced.

The weight is amazing...the grip...was just okay.

I replaced them with the Labeda Fuzion mini cores and I hardly notice a weight difference.

I don't think these wheels are worth $20 a piece.

I've had these wheels for a while myself. I wouldn't pay full price for these things even if they are a miracle of modern engineering. Like they say, the grip isn't that great, and I"ll add that the rebound is pretty iffy as well. I felt as if I was skating on flat tires compared to any other wheel.

But yeah, light as hell.
