Game Preperation

i cant play unless i take a dump. its like friggin clock work. anyway, i eat a few hours before, bathroom ;) get my gear ready, drive to the rink, in the car i drink my pregame supplement, then change and hit the ice. its a house league so nothing fancy.

My hockey routine is:

-wake up like every school mornings on game days

-3hours before a game i would watch some game highlights or moves

- pack my stuff stretch and drink 1 bottle of water

-get to the rink 1h-30min hourly and watch others play or get half dressed and fool around with the boys

- game time..

-40 minute nap, followed by,

-pasta 3 hours before the game

-@ the rink 70 minutes beforehand

-warm up/stretch

-big dump

-pump-up playlist on ipod (godsmack, disturbed, slipknot)

-R to L getting dressed

-hit the crossbar in warm-ups

-kick ass

the last couple years in high school i watched miracle the day we played our cross town rival who were way better than us. best we ever did was take them to 2 overtimes
