I was wondering about the sizing of the pants. Is size small the same size as the nikebauer one90's or is the XS ?

I do know that if you use a small 8k pant, go medium for the 9k. In otehr words, they run small. SO unless you are a true 30-32" waist, go for a medium.

According to the tag on the 9K pant, the waist size is 30"-33"and the height is for someone 5'7"-5'9". Hope that helps.

How is the tailbone protection on the 9K?

I'm a 34 in jeans. I have the Medium 9k pants. Tailbone and hip is great protection. My second pair though. They don't last that long. Maybe in non contact they would be okay. My shells came apart.

As far as the fit, I am 6'3'' 190-195lbs and the Med fits nice. Some buddis that are a bit smaller have the Med too. If I was bigger, I'd go to the Large.

Hey, I have a 32'' waist but i am only 5'4. does anyone have an idea on how a size small 9k pant would fit me? Finding a pair of pants that truly fit has always been tough for me. Can never find a pair that is short enough in length but wide enough in the waist.

The nice thing about the 9k's is that you can adjust the length by moving the thigh protection up. I have a 32" waist (5'11") and I'm in a Lg. They fit perfect for me and I could easily raise the thigh pads 2". With that said, GrafPro55 said he is in a Md at 6'3" with a 34" waist. I would think that a Md would work for you.
