Cracked KORs

Hey I just realized my Kor Shift1s are cracked near the bottom of the boot on the inside of the right skate. It's a pretty long crack but the boot is still held together well, and I've skated one or two times since being cracked, so they may still hold up, but they feel somewhat unstable in a sense that I feel off balance. Not that they're going to give out, but the crack caused the holder to become a bit off center from under my foot.

Is a crack like that safe to skate on? Or are the skates done for? Also, is it likely that the blade is not directly under my foot anymore, or is that probably just in my head? Basically, can I expect them to perform like normal or no?

Just a word of advice. When you don't have confidence in your equipment, you get tentative. When you get tentative, accidents happen. Unless you can convince yourself that your skates are fine, you'll probably buffalo yourself into a situation that might possibly have been prevented.

Yeah I know, I do have confidence in it right now but just feel off balance sometimes on turns, but they haven't been sharpened in a while either so I wasn't sure which was the reason. I was just asking to see if someone with some expertise could chime in, and if they assured me they'll be fine until they finally give, I'm sure I'll be fine.

Also I forgot to mention on the initial post, I plan on taking a pic of the crack on Monday to show better detail. I'd take one earlier but the skates are in my locker at the rink right now.

Contact kor. When I informed them about the improper vertical alignment on one of my shift 1s, they offered to buy the boots back from me. I just got it corrected instead since the deal I got was crazy, but they were going to make it right. It's amazing to me you cracked one of those as they seem brutally strong. Did it crack off of one of the blade mount holes?

Pictures? If out of warranty, glue is always an option. Gorilla glue works wonders on boot materials.

Contact Kor, everything I've read about them on this board says their customer service is outstanding.

Yeah I know I was going to once I get the pics of them. They do have amazing customer service when I got the back of the tendon guard ripped a quater of the way off, but I don't think much will happen since the warranty on boot defects is only 90 days, and I've had these for about a year and 5 months, much past the warranty. The way they cracked it looks like a puck hit it.

Some of them are kind of big, I lightly highlighted the areas where the crack is with yellow outline so it can easily be identified. What do you guys think?

I'm think the crack may be continuous and curves unseen underneath the silver covering, but theres no way for me to know for sure at this point.
