replacing Skate Toungues

I'm trying to find some white felt toungues out there and am just curious if the process of replacing skate tongues is difficult.

I'm in Boston and we two real good LHS that I think would be able to do something like this, Sports Etc and Pure Hockey.

Also, can you take tongues off an older skate and switch them into another pair. I have a pair of one90's and have no complaints about the skate, just looking for some extra comfort with a felt tongue.
