My mom ordered some stuff early December from WSI sports for me for christmas. She received an e-mail that everything shipped, and then there's been nothing else - no tracking number or anything.

There's no phone number on the website, and I'm assuming she's tried the e-mails she could find. Anyone else have any problems, or can offer any insight here?
