What was your first pair of skates?

While many of the other kids had the molded Microns, I ended up with floppy broken down CCM Bobby Hull skates with metal tube holders. Sadly, I had to wear them from grade 1 to grade 5. After that, I used an equally shoddy pair of Deltas for the next 2 years.

Oddly enough, I see that someone is currently selling a pair of those CCM Bobby Hull skates on Ebay. Even though they're actually in better shape than my old ones, I think I'll pass. haha

My first respectable skates were Bauer Challengers.

some POS titan skate cause i played street hockey way before i got into ice. loved how the ball bearings would fall out of the bearings themselfs because they were not sealed. :lol:
