Quick question on Toronto Road colors

I just got some Vapor XXX gloves in Toronto colors, and I am looking to get a helmet and shell to match. I notice that the color is lighter than Navy, but darker than royal. Is the blue color scheme they used called Canadien royal? I looked all over the web, but was not able to find an answer to this. Thanks for the help in advance!

I have heard of Vancouver Navy. It is actually darker than Navy. I have a pair of Matt Cooke Vapor XXX gloves in that color from the old Vancouver pattern. They are VERY dark...without bright light it is difficult to tell Midnight Navy from Black.

Toronto Blue is for sure lighter than Midnight or regular Navy. Damn...I didn't think it would be this tough to figure out.

The helmets just look like regular royal blue, as those all look the same to me, but I do see a slight difference between the Toronto and Montreal pants.

Thanks viking. Those picks sure help to confirm the helmet IS a different color than the pants and gloves. So the helmet surely does look royal.

Boy...looked at that Kovey pic...when did he wear TPS gloves?

Answered my own question...boy Kovey has been indecisive.

06 - started with RBK, then Warrior

07-08 - Warrior

I had this same problem. My team switched to Toronto colors and it is impossible to find equipment in matching colors.

I went with pro stock gloves and a custom shell.

If you do find stock stuff that matches Toronto's colors, please post it here or PM to let me know what you found.
