Easton S11 vs. S15 Stiffness

I was wondering for the users out there, is there a big difference in stiffness? I'm worried that the s15 will be too stiff so I was wondering going down to the s11 will be a significant difference in stiffness.

i personally felt that they were fairly close in stiffness. and i dont see the s15 as being a very stiff boot at all, i guess it would depend what boot you are coming out of

Im coming from 1500c

they are definitely a softer boot than the synergy series.you would have no problem going to the s15 if thats the boot you wanted

Yeah the S15's are softer than 1500c's. So your best best is to probably go with the S15's.

The S-11 is slightly less stiff than the S-15 but not by much. Slightly different composite mix. I don't think it would make a lot of difference no matter which one you went with. Both give you an excellent fit and support. The S-11 doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the S-15 but would probably be my next skate if I where choosing between the two. Much easier on the pocket book with most of Eastons high end features that matter.

I have the S11's and they are a very stiff boot. I tried on the S15 and didn't notice a huge difference between the boots. The s11 is lighter on the pocket and they are a fantastic skate.
