Are you asking because you are worried they will dry out during transport? Or because you want to smuggle then in without paying duties?

I'm sure people will gladly help you keep them humid...but you're probably out of luck if you want to do something sneaky.

Put them in ziploc bags, with a separate bag inside that contains a moist q-tip, piece of lettuce, or something else to keep them humid. Then put that inside a hard case so they don't get smashed.

I don't see why you would have legal problems bringing them back, if that's what you're talking about.

Easy trick to getting Cuban cigars back across the boarder. Take them out of their box or tubes, remove the bands and repackage them...obviously not back in their Cuban marked boxes or tubes.

Without markings saying where they were made there is no way for them to know where they came from. If you want to keep the bands just put them in a separate piece of luggage. If they question you, just tell them they are from the cigars you smoked while on vacation and you were bringing them back to brag to your friends.

I brought 5 or 6 Cuban cigars into the states this way when I came back from my honeymoon. A guy from the resort gave me the idea.

I've only smoked one cuban, after my brother smuggled a cohiba back for me from europe. Always thought the fuss over them was probably exaggerated, but that cigar was much better than any non-cuban I've tried.

I just brought a shitload of cubans back to Canada. Since i'm not yet 18 I would of lost them even if I did declare them. So I just took the chance and didn't declare them. Got lucky and they never searched.
