itech full shield

anyone know if there has ever been a yellow tint full shield? and if so how to find one?

A number of years ago (at least 10, probably more like 15) Itech did make an "Amber" colored full shield that was basically a yellow tint. No idea whether you could actually find one of those today other than maybe ebay.

I had one years and years ago and have no idea why anyone would want one, all it does is turn the world piss yellow. That said i've found really old stuff at PIAS from time to time so that would be my only suggestion other than ebay

They are not HECC approved. You need to be able to see whether the player's eyes are glazed over in a concussion situation, and tinted, yellowed, or mirrored shields don't allow for this.

That said, if you're playing in a league where you don't need HECC-certified facial protection, search away!
