RBK 8K EPP foam break, Mission intake question

wasnt thinking when i put on my new visor, part of the EPP foam cracked straight through and is being held to the helmet by the comfort foams inside the helmet. is there any way that i could send the helmet to RBK to have it repaired?

just picked up a new intake helmet as well, and i was curious as to the white fibers that are inside, it seems like a giant cloth that covers the inside of the helmet under the shell. anyone know what this is?

that is the Dynamo Liner. it helps with impact absorption. i have seen similar liners in Helmets from other industries... Car/Motorcycle Racing.

try and find a used helmet here or on ebay and just replace that piece of foam. I had the same problem with my Bauer 5000. I melted the pieces back together but it obviously voided the warranty.
