One90 / Replacing Blade

Guys,

Long time reader but haven't posted much ... I did a quick search but didn't find anything on the topic, so I apologize if this has already been discussed.

Anyway, I have a One90 that I got for free, so I want to keep the stick of course given its quality, but I'm not a huge fan of the blade. So, my question is, would I be able to cut off the exsisting blade and replace it with a standard Nike Bauer (or other company) blade without any issues?

I just don't want to cut off the blade and come to find out the stick is dead because I can't put a replacement blade in.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

yes if you cut a one90 it will take any standerd blade

you could also cut it for a tapered blade. I believe i read that you cut it at the P in Power Profile.

I did exactly what you want to do. except i didnt want to make it to short and i didnt have a but-end so i flipped it.

So... is it the P in POWER, or P in Profile?

(I broke the shaft and am trying to see if I can figure out how to retrieve the blade)

Is this a fused stick or true one piece?

I would cut at what ever comes first and than see if the blade fits. If it dose not than cut at the other P

Its a true OPS. To get a blade to fit properly and get another one in there in those Bauer type sticks, its really tough, I would just recommend you flip it over. Or not take a chance and use it as is for now.
