Recommended Posts

I just bought a pair of nike V10 skates for 170 CAD and a vic velocity OPS for $70. Did i get a good deal? and anyone know the specs on the vic velocity?

The V10's seem like a good deal to me if they fit your foot correctly. The OPS is a good price as long as you feel the stick is worth what you paid. Both skates and sticks are so much about personal prefrence nobody can tell if it's a good deal. If you don't like them then you got ripped off no matter how much you paid, if you love them then you obviously got a good deal. It'll depend on how happy you are with the overall product.

This place called "the sports exchange" here in Vancouver, dont let the name fool you its not 2nd hand; and if you are looking to buy a pair, my friend just picked up their last pair today. They do have v-12s for sale though at $300 a pop, when i was there 2 days ago they had 2 size 10s left.

Anyone know who makes the Vic Velocity??

While I can't tell you who makes the Vic Velocity I can tell you that Intersport acquired the Vic name, etc. last year. As the Forzani group is the sole franchisee of Intersport in Canada the only place you will find Vic Velocity (for the most part) is at Sport Mart or other stores associated with the Forzani group.
