mmmjags 0 Report post Posted May 15, 2008 The other day I fell skateboarding and bent all my fingers way back. I have almost full range of motion back in my hand and fingers, but there is still some pain and swelling. I have a game tonight and am trying to find out if there's a good way to tape my hand up to support it a little more. Thanks in advance for any help.

mmmjags 0 Report post Posted May 15, 2008 I'm going to do that anyway. I'd just like to give it a little extra support if possible.

mcr11 0 Report post Posted May 15, 2008 i sprained my thumb once and had to wrap my hand up. it was a lot more uncomfortable than just playing through the pain.
starsfan71 9 Report post Posted May 15, 2008 You will forget about the pain when you get out there usually, at least I do theres so much on your mind and your talking so much with your team theres not much time to feel the pain.
