hey guys i was trying on the ccm vector v6.0 skates and found i am a 9 D. But the skate i really wanted was the mission xp fuel 95. so how does the boot of the mission compare to the ccm v6.0 in terms of width and and volume

ask yourself why you "really wanted" the mission? looks? or did you actually try it on?

probably most people looked at your post and went, "great another person going solely on looks without knowing how the skate fits their foot". Kind of goes against one of the biggest themes present on these boards.

Mission is a slimmer fitting skate. Completely different feel to the boot. Chances are if the CCM fits you well you'd need to move up to an E or EE width in the Mission and as the previous poster said maybe up to a ten in size.

well really its not about looks at all. I like how the ccm looks better. but its just that the mission is a much higher quality skate. im pretty sure that i am a size 11.5 in the missions. Im just trying to find out about the instep because the ccms are kind of shallow. and GXC what exactly do you mean that it is made for high arches, like the footbed is

maybe because the Missions are so narrow to fit comfortably in them he has to go up to an 11.5. There's a difference between something fitting "correctly" and "comfortably". I used to do this as well. Just a guess though

The 95 XP's don't have a strong heel lock but beyond that, I liked them very much. No, they're not wide, so you might need an EE.

As far as how the arch goes, I can't really explain it. However, once you wear both skates, you'll know what I mean.
