Off ice conditioning DVD

My younger cousin 15 is looking for a good off ice conditioning dvd. Any help would be great. I was thinking about the Ak DVD but not sure how good the off ice part of the dvd is.

in my opinion AK DVD isn't that great - it's Ok if you're a big fan of Kovy, plus it's for charty

other then that the actual informational value of the DVD is VERY low

if you want I could sell it to you ;))

but as far as good DVD goes - I'd highly recommend Sean Skinner's DVDs - all of them, off ice conditioning including.

otherwise there's a TON off off-ice stuff on youtube - just search.

The off ice portion of the DVD is primarily focused on using the MTS Performance bands (www.lifelineusa.com) ... but any multi-band rubber resistance tube works the same.
