Didn't pay for certified mail and delivery confirmation costs extra money.Till now the seller didn't receive money order. ebay seller with 100% feedback.May I know what exact date of delivery, it mailed on 8/15/08 via regular first class mail. WhiskeyTango19 0 Report post Posted August 29, 2008 What you should have done is just pony up and pay the extra for certified mail, or delivery confirmation. That way you wouldn't have to worry about wether or not the MO was received. You should also handle things yourself, not through a third person. Goonsquad 209 Report post Posted August 30, 2008 personally I would have had the delivery confirmation for peace of mind. If the check is lost its not the the ebay sellers fault. If you feel the person is dishonest, its up to you to prove him as such. I would say eat the $6 and check to see if it has been cashed. If I had received the money order, he would have the skates. It's not my fault he did not ask his third party to send payment without registered certified mail with delivery confirmation. He has helped me on a number of occasions and was always more than professional, up front, and with fantastic follow through. If he is saying that he doesn't have your money order......he doesn't. Sorry for your misfortunes, but there are obvious reasons why some individuals prefer not to use paypal, international shipments, and personal protection through the use of certified mail.
