Bauer Curve Stability

How consistent are curves over time (specifically Bauer)? I just bought a PM9 curve which is called "St Louis" but the current PM9 is called "Malkin" on the NikeBauer website (and most retailers). Is it safe to assume that the curve is the same and just the name changed?

Yes they are the same. Player names can change with sponsorship over time but a PM9 is a PM9 no matter what players name is attatched to the stick.
