Warrior Kronik Clear sticks not approved everywhere?

I was browsing around at the Swedish version of Great Skate, and noticed a funny text on the Warrior Kronik Clear stick page. It said "Still approved in nine countries". What's up with that? Just a marketing gimmick? Or is it really non-approved in other countries for some weird reason? I didn't even know sticks have to be approved, like helmets and visors and stuff? And if they indeed have to be, why wouldn't this particular stick be approved everywhere? Or is it, like I said up there, just a marketing gimmick to make it sound really special?

I'm pretty sure that was just a line from the product marketing. Warrior is notorious with their hyped-up product descriptions and this is just another case of that.

Marketing hype. It's so good it's been banned almost everywhere else! Get it before your country bans it as well!

Probably has something to do with the fact that the legality of "Kronik" varies from country to country.
