I use 3/4 and it is almost too sharp for me since I switched to Tuuk lightspeeeds. Next sharpening is going to be a 7/8. Like someone said before it depends on the ice and your profile as well. If more blade is touching the ice (your profile) I feel like you can go a bit shallower as well. Its all preference.
