CCM 1052 helmet vs. Bauer 5000

I need a new helmet but im debating on wether i should get the 1052 or the 5000.

I had the same decision. I ended up going with the 5000, because it was what I was used to. Though the 1052 fit me better because its deeper and I have a big head, i found it wasnt as comfortable. I'd just go with whatever you find more comfortable as theyre both good helmets.

i had a ccm 652 helmet i think, and it hurt my head like crazy. padding in it was like a rock (the black padding). anyways, i ditched that and got a bauer 5000 and love it. although a friend of mine got a 1052 and he loves it, so i guess it all comes down to personal preference
