mods feel free to move this if its been talked about already....

anyways, im thinking about getting a pair of the custom ones but none of the LHS seems to have the traditional wide fit to try on and ive put the narrow fit ones on and dont like them. I wear a 14 in the NBH 4 Rolls and absolutely love em, would a 14 in the wide fit Franchise be about the same?

Go for the 14 Inch wide fit. I wore a 13 inch 4 roll, thought they were too wide and ended up with a 13 inch narrow fit warrior.

got some gift cards to the LHS and im looking to get custom warriors or eagles. 15" Franchise would be about the same as a 15" pro stock rbk 8k? Also anyone use the pearl mustang or Kangaroo goat palms? How are they opposed to nash.

I ordered a pair of Kangaroo palms for a customer. Little thicker feeling then the standard nash. In my opinion anything other then the Micronash is just over kill. Sure you can get it but do you really need it and will it really make that much of a difference. My micronash palms are holding up strong after 2 years. The top hand is slowly breaking down but that can easily be fixed when the time has come. As far a fit goes, the 14" Wide will fit closer to the Bauer 4 roll. The narrow does fit similar to a One90 type fit but isnt as tight. I was stuck between a 14 and 15 so i ordered both and the 14 ended up being the right one.

I have a pair of 14" one90 and I went to my LHS to try out both the wide and narrow cut 14" MIA 4 rolls gloves (equivalent to Warrior Franchise).

Narrow cut Warrior < one90 < Wide cut Warrior

The narrow cut Warrior feels good on my hands but I can't flex my thumbs well. (Personally, I don't like that since I like my thumbs nice and loose and being able to bend my thumbs to grab the stick.)

The one90 feels perfect in terms of fit. (The 2 piece thumb feels great as I can bend it easily.)

The wide cut Warrior feels great, the thumbs doesn't feel restricted. However, it's a larger fit with lots of room to move in and out based on my hands. For those who prefer a tighter fit, these gloves might be a little too wide for them.

The palms of the Warrior feel great. Nice, soft and supple.

I love the feel of the wide cut Warriors as the palms feel nice, soft and broken in. In terms of feel, I actually like the wide cut better than my one90. However, personally, I will still buy the one90 because it's a tighter fit (but not too tight) which I like better.
