I made the trek over to St. Paul for the game. Great seats, 5th row from the ice. What a fast paced game. Price was great between the pipes..Other than giving up the early goal, he was a brick wall back there. Minnesota and Montreal are going to be fun to watch this year. Also, Patrice Brisebois has quietly made a nice, long career for himself in the NHL despite his detractors. What is it now? 15 years in the league? How many players can say that? He's a bargain at $700k a year.

brisebois has always been a good player, it's just that too much pressure was put on him the first time he was here. right now he's great as a 7th d-man who can play on the PP once in a while

Yep, he also adds a nice veteran presence. I cannot believe how young the Wild are..Especially when Colton Gilles, Sheppard etc are all on the ice. I see Breeze By is still wearing those "old" Vector Pros.
