1500 c problem

i just picked up some pro stock 1500's and after wearing them around the house theres some serious pain in a few spots and id like to bake them. i searched on here and it says you can bake 1500c's at 200 for 4 minutes but on the bottom of the boot its stamped "do not heat theses skates". can it be a misprint or can these 1500's really not be baked. thank you

It could be that the skates are first generation Synergy skates made up like 1500's. The original Synergy skate could not be baked.

We were told to not bake them for the first batch, then told it was ok in the usual skate ovens of 90 degrees C for 2 minutes.

thanks. so i can bake these? since its just one spot in the same place on both skates maybe just a blow dryer?
