Sports Etc. in Arlington, its right on Mass. Ave. I've never been but only heard rally good things about it.

agreed. I haven't been there in a few years but I remember them having a ridiculous selection of equipment and color schemes for gloves/helmets, etc.. that you couldn't get anywhere.

Overpriced. Almost everything is more expensive there than in other LHS of the Massachusetts area.

Sports Etc is overpriced and surly. If you're going into Arlington from Cambridge, bang a right on Mill St off Mass Ave and on your left is Holovak. It's an old school sporting goods store with hockey gear.

if you are going to Sports etc. you might as well just go to medford square and hit up pure hockey.

I hit both places today after work and I agree with the comment that Sports etc. is overpriced!

(they are within 15 mintues of each other so check them both out!)

Both places are absolutely huge. At at the same time, I find both have super high prices. But like most have said, they do carry quite a selection
