I saw a Mission Flyweight on the Source for Sports website. It was black with green and I never have seen a Flyweight OPS before? Is it an SMU? If so, what stick is it remade of?

I'm in love. Too bad Mission isn't around anymore - I had an offer to repaint all of my FWs like L-2s, but DAMN those would look beautiful in that scheme.

You're almost there with the V-Hex Grip... just a lil' more green. I'm curious as to what blade they have in that, I can't read the print, too small. What are they taking the names from their more popular sticks, putting out SMU's? Pulse, Flyweight.... it's like they comb the board for all the faves. ;) If I lived in a Province, as opposed to a State- I'd get one for novelty's sake.

Very nice... I've got the same (ie: "Grip" w/ no actual grip) minus the rounded shaft handle. I love the black/green...

I landed it on ebay - it's a Ribeiro... I've no idea if the seller is a forum member though. Missions are like crack to me.... haha

i tried one out about 2 weeks ago... when my source for sports got it in... and it felt like a brick... heavy, and had nothing to do with the old flyweight... its like a price point OPS or something... the blade kinda felt dead, like no response kinda... if you know what i'm saying...

While we're on the topic, was there any difference between the two paint jobs on the flyweight shafts other than looks?

Im gonna go into town tomorrow and pick one up. I have no need for a 250$ stick since im not at a high level of playing. The price is $149.99 so im going to go pick one up tomorrow, Pics maybe.
