NBH 4-roll comparison to the XXX

I thinking of getting some 4-rolls , I have tried on the xxx and like the feel, Do the 4-rolls fit similar ?

They fit completely opposite of each other :) If you like the 30s go with them, I wish I could salvage my pair, I wore them into the ground. The 4 Rolls fit like a very traditional glove.

I went from a Vapor XX to a four roll. I went from a 15 to 14. After breaking it in a bit, the four roll seems looser than it did at the start. This is a good thing. In my opinion the four roll is a better glove, with a more traditional fit as stated by the other poster.

I went from the vapor6's from the second vapor line, then to the XV of the last models to the 4 rolls. The 4 rolls after a few months still feel a little big on me which is frustrating because everything else is spectacular. I'm going to try and use them but if I see a pair of XXX's cheap I may pick em up. My advice to you is to stick with the vapor line if they feel good at least until you try on 4rolls.

My brother just made the switch. His XX's were 14in and his 4 rolls are 14in.

as stated b4 me the fit of the gloves are different. i have both the xxx and older 4-roll (5000's) and they fit differently. the finger on the xxx are sungger than the 5000. the cuff of the xxx is more open. overalll fit of the 2 are 5000 is wide and volumous were as the xxx is not as roomy and snugger. both have full plastic inserts and lock thumbs. the 5000 have a straight look thumb were as the xxx has the flex lock. both are great gloves and you can't go wrong with either one. both pairs of mine are 14s

Coming from supreme 70's, I made the mistake of purchasing 4 rolls and hated them. The 4 rolls are excellent gloves IF you like a VOLUME fit.

Personally i just picked up a pair of the Mission Fuel 130's (on sale for $79 at hockeygiant - see the good deal thread) which is a tighter fitting glove similar to the Vapor and Supreme Bauer lines. More protective than my old 70's but still very snug.

same thing here, I just wish they would make a tight fitting 4-roll glove...or a better looking snug fit glove
