NBH id program help

When I try to order a stick from the Bauer site off of the id program after filling in the billing info when I click next I always get a notice "The following errors occurred: Please verify that the state, city and the zip code are valid." The only problem is all of my info is correct. Does anyone know what is going on?

I thought when you order it off of the internet you didn’t need to be near a dealer? If it helps I live in Hershey, PA
