danzig easily, glad to see some fits fans here. anyone who says graves is better, i have 2 questions for you. where would graves be if glenn didnt form the fits. danzig went on after the fits and formed 2 amazing bands. and what has graves done since?

yea but there is alot of good graves stuff too ,helena ,crimson ghost ,scream ,dig up her bones ,dust to dust ,saturday but none of those songs really can come close to die die my darling ,last caress ,halloween ,teenagers from mars ,day of the dead ,mommy can i go out and kill tonight ,she and lots more ,it makes me mad when people say the misfits werent all that big ,because they were ,they influenced alot of bands including the biggest metal band ever imo(metallica) and one of the most unique and distinctive sounding punk bands ever(afi) without the 'fits music would definitly not be the way it is today.

Graves used to work in the rink I skate at. Oh, and Graves has started his own band, can't think of the name at the moment but will edit it when I do.

Some one told me he played some junior hockey. It doesn't matter though he did a good job sharpening skates.

thats cool ,you could like sell a skate on ebay saying it was sharpened by graves ,its weird looking at them with the devillocks and stuff and thinking they play hockey ,i bet doyle and jerry would have nice slapshots ,both 40+ and bench over 400lbs :o

i found out what band michale graves started ,it is called graves .....glann danzig started danzig michale graves started graves...both singers....weird

i thinnk theyre two complately different bands in those two eras, but i was a much bigger Danzig fan, Samhain as well

most the difference was the voc's of course and the quality ,older misfits stuff was obviesly recorded in bad studios and never remastered but the newer stuff sounds cleaner

I didn't even know the Misfits had two different singers until now, but out of the songs you listed in the danzig era, i recognized, and liked pretty much all of them, and in the other one, i knew a few but not as many. Which singer recorded 1,000,000 million years b.c.? and also hybrid moments?

by the way ,does graves have terrets? i downloaded a video of dont open till doomsday ,it was live and ive never seen a live graves video and it looked alot like he was twitching ....like really bad and i dont think its just a stage thing cuz it looked real...it was even sorta going on with his hand when he was singing ,i have nothing against it but if anyone knows anything bout can i have some info? because im a huge fan and ive never heard anything about this.

well graves did play junior hockey, and graves broke up about 18 months ago. hes now in gotham road which is a great band. but graves wont come close to danzig.

and buzz, samhain was awesome.

be on the lookout for danzigs "Circle of Snakes" just came out. and danzig is doing blackest of the black tour this fall. he has doyle playing guitar for a brief misfits set every show. this is closest to a danzig era misfits reunion ever.

Graves has come up with quite a few good songs but the Danzig era is definately better. What he has done with the Misfits and how well he has done after that just speaks for itself, some great stuff from him.
