Custom plus? Good luck, last I heard Bauer had some lying around, but who knows.

Also...holders are not measured in size of the boot...MM I do believe, which can be found on the back of the Tuuk inbetween riverts. For example, my skates have 272 or 280 (Yours will be a lower value number as they are smaller).

why not buy a cheap pair of old skates and have the tuuks removed.
