Drury pattern gone?

I'm a fan of the Drury pattern and have been having a hard time finding wood blades in this pattern ( I have some tapered shafts and like to be able the file down blades to fit). A guy at a LHS told be the pattern was no more which would really suck. Anyone know a source for these or a comarable clone that is readily available?

bauer p91 or p91a, the 91a is a drury clone the 91 is a higher lie i think, you could find the xxxx wood blade in those patterns. http://hockeygiant.com/nbhvxxxxwdbldsr.html

It's still around, but Easton hasn't really been making wood blades as much anymore.

Yeah i think you're SOL because I was using a synergy tapered shaft with sakic wood blades but easton is no longer producing tapered wood blades.

Even tapered wood bauer blades are hard to find. Your best bet is probably a tapered composite blade in the drury pattern

Yeah i once went with a wooden Drury but realized theres none of them left anymore. I bought a S-17 with the drury pattern at totalhockey.net a couple weeks ago and its really nice. I would suggest it if its in your budget.

I had the same problem. I preferred the wood blades. I just had to get used to the composite blade. The last wood tapered blades I bought were from Christian Bros. / Harrow. I don't believe they sell wood blades anymore. The Drury curve I got from them was really off. I was disappointed.
