Easton blades a little weaker than others?

Recommended Posts

I noticed on my easton synergy elite i can flex the blade just a little bit with my hands, while i cant really with my one90 or my inno maniac pro

is this normal of easton blades or what?

Are all of the sticks new? The Easton blade could be breaking down faster. If you've used it more that would certainly account for the decrease in stiffness. I don't recall how the blade felt on the SE OPS I had.

I've had terrible luck with Easton OPS and replacement blades breaking down very quickly. Some softened up and others actually delaminated. I've had a little better luck with Bauers. I gave up on both and now use wood blades. Wood also breaks down fairly quickly, so I'm probably just breaking even money-wise, but at least to me, wood feels better and breaks down more predictably.
