One 55 vs supreme 70

I've been trying to find out how similar the fit between a one55 and last year's supreme 70 skates are? Anybody have any input?

I'm in 8.0EE 70's right now, and they're a tad too big, so I've been searching my area for a shop that has a 7.5ee in either the 70 or the one 55, i'm not sure if the length is consistent between the two lines. (I had read on here somewhere that for one 95's you needed to go up a half size and wasn't sure about the 55's too).

After trying to order through my local guy (told me none of his suppliers had anything in a 7.5ee nikebauer other than the one95) I tracked down a semi-local shop(hour drive or so) that may have the 55's in stock, but want to make sure i'm not wasting my time heading down there. I'm fairly confident that any advice i get from the folks here is better than what I'd be getting over the phone from them. (for another frame of reference I have a pair of synergy 800c's in 8.0W that fit fairly well, but the height of the toebox bugs me-i cant wiggle my big too b/c the box isn't high enough)

any help would be much appreciated

I ended up picking up the supreme comps(one55 smu), the supreme70 just felt too sloppy in a D width when I tried it on, it felt like it had too much volume, I don't think they have the same fit.

I think the previous line of Supremes are inferior compared to the new (current) line

The Supreme 70s were made with the same last as the 8090s, a very high volume boot. I am not sure about the fit of the S55s but if the poster a few above me is correct it sounds like the S55s aren't as deep as the S70s.

The 8090 did not feel like the Supreme 70s when I tried the 70s on a couple years ago. I went thru a couple pair of 8090s..Great skate
