Bauer Flex vs. Easton Flex

I unfortunately live in an area that doesn't have an LHS within a couple hours so I cant try out different sticks; I have to actually buy the stick to try it out. I've finally figured out that I’m most comfortable with an intermediate stick. My question is, how do Bauer flexes compare to Easton's flexes? I use a Bauer 67 flex and cut it down a couple inches. Is the Easton 65 flex similar to the Bauer flex or is it whippier?

bauer rates flex at length, where most eastons, including the s17, you have to cut it down a couple of inches to get the rated flex.
