Questions about Sherwood blades

I searched and couldn't find anything, sorry if I missed something.

First question, what's the difference between the 5030 blade and the 950 blade, aside from the 950 being more expensive? Is the 950 more durable? Stiffer?

Second question, are there any wood blades (Sherwood or otherwise, but preferably not too expensive) with a pattern similar to the Bouchard curve, but a bit more open?

It's REALLY subtle, but I found the PM9 from Bauer to be slightly more open than the average Forsberg clone. I don't find they play all that different though. A good subtle mid-heel is the Warrior Weight.

Thanks, I'll have to take a look at it.

When I was looking through the pattern DB I thought the Weight sounded like a nice curve, too bad Warrior doesn't make wood blades.

I've always found that the beauty of wood blades is that if you want to tweak it a bit you just heat it up and tweak it.
