Dare to Dream 1980 0 Report post Posted March 11, 2009 The first pair of one90 skates I had, had the tendon gaurd rip right off. I treat my equipment specially my skates with great care, and the tendon guard ripped right off. I called NBH and they replaced my skates for free. I've had my skates for about a year now and took even better care with the fear of the same thing happening to this pair. Well i guess i just have bad luck and what do you know, the tendon guard is almost completely off. Should I call NBH? The skates i have now they said were the last pair in that size and width (10 C). Or should i just wait til the X60's come out? I am very lost in what to do. I am very dissapointed with the skate and cannot believe this is happening a second time
Monty22 835 Report post Posted March 11, 2009 If the rest of the skate is sound, why not look into repair instead of replacement?
CTK30 0 Report post Posted March 11, 2009 It wouldn't hurt to call, I think the warranty is 1 year
