themooseisloose 0 Report post Posted March 22, 2009 I have a large black ccm cage on my large 8k and it fits fine. The only thing you might want to do is pull the sides of cage out with your hands a little bit, because mine kept catching the earloops. ebladeshockey8 0 Report post Posted March 22, 2009 It Shoulddo you own one of these? or know someone who has owned one?yep, looks good with a white NB 45004500 is one of my favorite helmets...the reason i dont get one is because ive had 3 concussions in the past season and i want something thats gonna protect me...4500's wont do the trick lol...but about "stretching" the cage out, i had to do that with my NB true vision cage as well...so this one shouldnt be a problem...already ordered it, thanks for the help guys..im such a fan of white cages...i think they look filty.. They dont look that much different from the 4500, i have a 5500 with a white 480 cage and i took the logos off the side with white ear loops, it looks pretty good.
