Red Star A Frame

Not a very informative description. Anyone know anything about this chassis? All I can find is a picture of a 3 wheeled youth version that looks like a HiLo. I ordered one anyways, due to having a pair of CCM Externo E-50's that are just hanging out here that will never be used. So if nobody has answers, I'll have them in a week when they get here.

Hey it says Medium Size 5.

Is it safe to assume its for a size 5 boot?

No. If you look at the Red Star sizing chart, it says medium is sizes 9 - 9.5.

Its really hard to find a jr size chassis for a size 5 boot.

Even the mission frames size small are way too big.

I'd venture a safe bet and say those Red Star frames are a traditional hi-lo setup (72/80). They look eerily similar to NB's OneUp chassis.

Those are designed for jr boots. They're the jr version of the old Sensor frame which was 76-72-80-80, so I'm assuming it would be 72-68-76-76

Actually, it's the Red Star E-frame that looks really close to NBH's OneUp chassis.

Red Star frames were out well before the OneUp chassis ;)

Those Red-Star are Hi-lo (72/80) made before Mission enforced their patent. They are less than 1/2 the original price.

So they finally came in today and I can confirm that they are HiLo 72/80. Solid chassis for the price.

Been skating on these for about a month. Absolutely love the frame. I don't know why Mission went to the 76's in front, the 72's give a great pitch and great maneuverability. The frames are also a tank, blocked a slapper from a state wars level player and it put a little scratch in it, nothing more.

How's the pitch on these frames? Are they similar to that of the Mission HiLo (towards the toes)? or would you say it's more neutral?

Very close to the Mission HiLo, a lot more aggressive than the vanguard.
