Looking for blade advice

Recommended Posts

I'm trying to find a replacement tapered blade with a low lie (ie: 4-5). I started with an Easton Sakic curve which is 5.5, that is too high. I then moved to a Dolo shaft with a Dolo Pro Stock Erat blade, that was too high. Then moved to a Saprykin Pro Stock blade, still too high. So I'm looking for something with a deep mid or toe curve, with an open face, and a low lie. Does anyone have any suggestions? I tried searching and couldn't come up with anything. As an example, when I tried the one-piece retail Warrior Smyth stick, it was a nice lie for me, that was listed as a lie of 4.

not sure where you can get it, but a samsonov's blade seems to fit your description. Very low lie with a nice toe curve.

Forgot to mention, it would be a left curve. And if there is nothing readily available with what I am describing, I am willing to try something that is close, but most importantly it must have a very low lie.

Why wouldn't a retail Smyth work? The actual lie is closer to 5, that would be perfect from your description.

I can't seem to find a retail Smyth replacement blade anywhere. Also I use an intermediate shaft and the retail Smyth curve is not available in any intermediate OPS.
