Easton Warranty Shipping?

Did a quick search, didn't find anything regarding this topic.

I have to send a pair of skates back to Easton Canada, and they told me that I had to ship to them. Their website says ship by 'prepaid carrier' (probably meant courier). Does this mean the shipping comes out of my own pocket? Or do they have something set up with a company like UPS?

Asking because the last few times I've shipped something out for warranty (laptops, monitors), they always paid for shipping.

LkptTiger is right, you pay to get the product to them, but they pay to get you you're new skates in this case.
