Easton S5 motion vs S15 motion

Hi all,

I was wondering if anybody has the skinny on the differences between the s5 motion and s15 motion two-piece pants. I was looking to move to a girdle setup, and this seems like the perfect opportunity with s15 motions on closeout. I was just curious about the s5 motion that looks very similar (perhaps a new price point model?). If this is cheaper and roughly equivalent, perhaps I should just get that instead of a closeout s15. Any input is appreciated.

I would also be interested in any comments as to how this compares to other plain girdle products. Thanks!

So I guess no one has an opinion? I was waiting for a response because the Easton motion pants appeal to me but don't want to fork over the $ without some input. Anyone?

S5 is flimsy. I have them in my shop and really dont expect them to sell.

Thanks that's helpful - do you have any info on the S15 motion pant? I went to a LHS to check them out but they said they would have to order them as they have no girdles in stock. I was hoping to find more about how well the S15 stacks up to other 2 piece pants / girdles and how well it works as just a girdle under windpants (for pickup games and practice where I don't need full gear). None of the local hockey shops I have checked seem to stock girdles at all.

I am very hesitant to buy them without seeing them as even on closeout they are still relatively expensive at around $100 by the time shipping and everything is tacked on.
