Quintin 16 Report post Posted April 7, 2009 Decided I'm gonna give this a go. Really wanting to improve my stickhandling and using laminate flooring is kind of a bad idea (pissed off people in my flat and flat below). Read the threads here about it but I can see myself asking the staff at Homebase/B&Q going "...what??" so definitely gonna need help here :P

CaptainFantastik 0 Report post Posted April 7, 2009 I've always been curious about that stuff. How does it feel to skate on it?
furlanitalia 1 Report post Posted April 7, 2009 First 2-5 minutes you find yourself wondering how you'll ever do it, but after you get used to actually working your leg muscles when you push off you find its no different from regular ice. Excellent tool for strength development and correcting lazy/bad stride habits. Check out Play Ice Hockey Everyday!
