Graf 605 Supra

Recommended Posts

I've been skating in the Graf 605 Supra since February. This is my first pair of Grafs as before I was a CCM Tacks guy. I find these skates fit my feet very well. The only complaint I have is getting use to the forward pitch. This is a new skate model. Just want to hear opinions of others who have this skate

I'm on my second pair of Grafs, the 735's. Grafs are a very good skate but as you've already stated the forward pitch takes a little time to adjust to. I bailed the first time I had them because of the pitch issue and went back to CCM's. I've stuck with these new ones and it's taken me a couple of months to adjust to the pitch again but it's worth the patience I've needed to endure. I prefer to be more on my toes now because it makes me much more agile and manoeverable overall. I still use my Easton skates for pickup but the Grafs are my main skate for games and tournaments. Grafs are in my opinion one of the best quality skates on the market with a fit for just about any type foot. If you can't adjust to the pitch for some reason you can always have them contoured to what you where previously used to or you can change over to a different holder but don't ditch the skates. The boot is unbelievably durable and the skates willl last you twice as long as most other brands of skates on the market. Try to stick with it and adjust if you can, you'll be a better skater for it!

+1 It will just take a little time to get used to the pitch.

I've been on Graf 709's from Tacks for a little over a year now. The forward pitch took about a month to adjust to.

Last week I dug out the old 952s for a drop-in just for dirt. They seemed waaaay too upright. I was keeping them around as a backup, but now I'll likely dump them.
