kovyperron5727 0 Report post Posted May 8, 2009 Stumbled across these on Graf's European website, as I was trying to find the discontinued white lightning model.http://grafskates.com/159.html?&L=1I am not familiar at all with Graf Europe or anything, and I was wondering if I would be able to order these in the United States. Any help is much appreciated, thank you.

GrafPro55 0 Report post Posted May 9, 2009 You could order custom made skates and specify that everything except the quarter panel is white. Just make sure you ask at the store how much extra it will cost.
ZurichLions 0 Report post Posted May 9, 2009 I was recently in Switzerland and visited a LHS where I looked at several Swiss made Graf skates. The owner told me that they can order any model that is produced at the headquarters. I see no reason why they would not sell skates to you over the phone and ship them to you. Of course, it would be expensive, skates in Switzerland tend to be more expensive than here. The shipping and customs would also add to the bill.

duch 0 Report post Posted May 10, 2009 Unless you've got lots of disposible income I wouldn't recommend ordering from Switzerland. Very expensive scenario as previously stated. Most guys I've spoken do agree the quality of the Euro made skate is slightly better but your spending a boat load of cash paying for import duties and foreign and domestic taxes to get these. I personally don't think their really worth the extra cash and your just as far ahead to buy a top end North American made Graf skate. It's your choice however so good luck if you decide to go ahead with the purchase and let us know how the skates work out.
