Looking for new curve

I have a Malkin curve. It is a 5 lie. I like it but wished it was a bit more open. Anyone know what curve in a OPS that is a 5 or 4.5 lie that would do the trick?

Try the weight, the lie will be slightly lower but it'll be slightly open faced.

If you don't mind going a bit higher, the Sakic is great. Rafalski is listed as a 5.

As mentioned above, the retail Warrior Weight pattern, Easton Pro Stock McCabe or the Bauer iD P89 would be a good upgrade.

i thought p89 was a lie 6 ^.- are you picky if its a heel curve or a mid curve coz it makes a big difference?

I like the lower lies (5 or less) cause I get more blade on the ice for my stance. I used an Ovechkin that I liked but it was a bit too high of a lie for me. What benefits/disadvantages would I get from using a heel vs. mid curve?

I used to change my lie by shaving down the heel or toe depending on how your stance is, upright/croutched.
