How do the X88's fit compared to 72's and PPF's? I've got 72's and like them but wish they were just a bit longer and snugger in the hand. Any suggestions?

Get the PPF. Better glove and fit (at least in your case). They ARE sbnugger in the hand

Thanks Ivan, I have a pair of tufftek PPF's coming. It sucks not having a LHS nearby to make my purchases.

for what it's worth I went with X88 - didn't like PPF - somehow didn't feel right in my palm

the fit of X88 & PPF is quite similar, but X88 seems to be nicer all around to me personally

I have both X88 and PPF in Tufftek. The X88 feels wider and sure is heavier. I personally find the PPF's MSH2 palms and gussets better and more practical, than the X88's Nash palms with MSH2 overlay and gussets.

The X88s also seem to be coming in just one size - 15" and have wider back hand fit while the PPFs come in:

PPF - 14" length with mid width,

PPF+ - 14.5" length with mid width,

PPFi - 13" length with mid width

I personally like the look of the X88s a little better though. Both are excellent gloves you can't go wrong with any one of them.
