not quite an exact comparison, but i went from xxv's to s12's. also wore 6EE in the xxv's and am now wearing a 6D correction, that's a 6.5D in the s12. the forefoot is definitely wider in the s12, along with flatter arch support. i was perfectly happy with the heel lock on my xxv's, but the heel/ankle is definitely tighter in the s12's. kind of comparing apples to oranges though in that dept. considering how easton uses the padlock system. i also noticed the s12's seem to be a bit deeper for me overall.

when i sit the skates together side by side, the seem to look identical lengthwise to the naked eye. hth.

For me, the S17s are tighter in the forefoot and heel. They're a wide skate, but lack the depth of the Vapor/Supreme lines IMO and the length seems a bit different as well. Just an observation on my part. I can fit into a 9D in Vapors, but need around a 10W or 9.5W in Easton. I believe the size of the toebox makes all the difference in the world to me.

i wear a 9d in one95's (im sure the length at least will be similar) but wear a 9.5R in s15's etc. my toes feather the front in both, they feel a bit closer to the cap in the stealths tho. i think you will probs need to go up at least half a size.

I am also considering switching from XXV to Easton because of my huge "bauer bump" and when I tried one on I needed to go up a size, 11.5 XXV (could probably fit in a 11 XXV) and needed 12 Easton SE16.

hi. i've been thinking to move to easton right now. one thing that bothers me is my ONE75 didnt wide enough at middle of foot and just a bit in forefoot area. Some players said that easton are better for people with flatter arch and wider foot. is that true? i changed my insole because it causes a lot of pain. but, after i changed it, the pain still there. im using 8EE ONE75.. any help?
