Its very flexible however, they would have to find a way to stiffen it. Plus i coudlnt see it having much protection, a lot of foam on the inside would have to compensate for the complete lack of thickenss.

I thought about the stiffness factor too, but from watching the "How It's Made" episode w/ the CCM ops's it looks like the current carbon sheets are flexible as well. They bake them to harden them. If this is carbon, then maybe (I'm not a physicist or chemist) they'll find a way to stiffen this material as well.

I'm thinking U Foam with a Graphene shell! :D

Yeah but if there stronger then diamonds, it would never break.

Diamonds aren't hockey stick tough though, they'll shatter like glass.
